You’re welcome to launch your boat or explore our property and Erieau. Upon check-out, you're welcome to stay and enjoy our property amenities, as well as use our guest bathroom and shower. A fee of $50 will be charged if you are not out of your room by 11:00 AM without prior permission from management.
Kayaks and Pedal Boats
Kayaks and pedal boats are available for guests to use. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Bicycles are also available during your stay.
Dishwashing Policy
We suggest that all guests clean their dishes, glasses, and silverware before use. Cleaning staff does not wash all items in the kitchen after check-out. Guests are required to wash and put away all dishes before check-out.

Cancellation Policy
14 days or more before arrival: No charge
7–13 days before arrival: 50% charge
6 days or less before arrival: 100% charge
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A phone call to 519 676-2101 with us confirming your stay, we will require your name, address, phone number and credit card to hold the reservation. If you require a confirmation please provide us an email address and specific request at the time of booking. Or email is erieomotel@outlook.com if you have questions about your upcoming stay

No refunds for early check-out.
Pricing
All prices based on double occupancy - children under 16 no charge - Additional charge per adult per night extra (bedding for pullout provided, please ask if needed).
Prices are subject to change at any time. Note: Weekend pricing applies to Friday and Saturday. Additional charges may apply for guests with boats—please see the Marina section on our website.
Damage and Cleaning Fees
A $250 charge will be applied to your credit card for any excessive cleaning, damage, or odors in your room. Please store any marijuana products in an airtight bag in the freezer (not in the drawers or left out in the room—guests often report smelling it). Alcohol containers must be taken with you, recycled, or stacked together. Please take out all garbage prior to departure and place it in the recycling areas.

No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking, vaping in the rooms.
Parking
All guests vehicles after unloading will park on the road during their stay. Boat trailers can park on property after launch with daily/overnight fees apply to all boats/trailers.
Guest Gas BBQ
Guests are welcome to bring their own hibachi/bbq. Must be in good working order. All fuel must be stored safely as per manufacture instruction.
Supplies
WE SUPPLY bedding, wash towels (please bring beach towels), pots/pans, cups, plates, silverware, drip coffee pot, kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, dish towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, broom in room, laundry services available for a small fee, fish cleaning hut, fire wood for fire pit, boat launch (non-guest please check with office before launching). If you’re missing something or require more of something, please ask us, we are stocked with all the comforts of a home!
We have an outdoor pool table, gas BBQ, putter ball, corn hole toss, playing cards, Yardzee, Bucket Ball, giant Jenga, and propane fire table for our guests to use.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY beach towels, coffee (room 1 and 2 have a keurig and we do supply pods), hair dryers, bait, debit machine, shampoo/conditioner (small bottles available, please ask).
