The cottage includes a wooden deck with a patio table, a full view of Rondeau Bay, a fully equipped kitchen with small appliances and dishes, a double pullout couch, chairs, a dining table, bedding, bathroom towels, parking, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and access to the common area. The common area includes BBQs, a fire pit, Rondeau Bay/water access, and patio furniture.
